About

I build and run this from Dublin. When something breaks or you want it to work differently, you're talking to the person who can change it.

I kept hearing the same thing from agents in Dublin and in Paris: the viewing is the easy part. It's the forty-five minutes afterwards — the title, the description, the highlights, then the same thing again in a shorter form for social — that quietly eats the week.

There was no shortage of tools promising to write the copy. What there wasn't was one that knew what Daft expects, what SeLoger expects, and that an agent would rather talk for ninety seconds in the car than fill in another form.

So this is deliberately small. It does one job, between the viewing and the portal, and it does it in both languages. I set it up with your team in person, on your own listings, and I stay reachable afterwards.

01

In person first

Setup happens with your team, on your listings, in your office where that's practical. A screen share when it isn't.

02

Human in the loop

Nothing publishes itself. An agent reads every listing and decides when it's ready. That is not a limitation — it's the point.

03

Your data stays yours

Voice notes and listings go through secure services and are never reused for training. Ask for a recording to be deleted and it is.

Two markets, two portal cultures, one person on the other end of the line.

Send me one voice note from a recent viewing. I'll send back the listing it produces — no account, no installation, no commitment.
