Data controller
Dictae, based in Dublin, Ireland, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. For any request, write to contact@dictae.com.
What is collected
Through the contact form: your name, agency name, email address, optional phone number, the market you work in and the availability you describe. Through the service: the voice notes your agents record and the listings generated from them.
Why it is collected
Form data is used solely to arrange and hold the call you requested, on the basis of your request (pre-contractual steps). Service data is processed to provide the service under our contract with your agency.
Never used for training
Voice notes and listings are processed through secure third-party services and are never reused to train models. Deletion of a recording can be requested at any time and is carried out promptly.
How long it is kept
Contact form data is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Service data is kept for the duration of the contract and deleted within 30 days of its end, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Processors
A small number of processors are used for hosting, email and language processing. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. The current list is available on request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Write to contact@dictae.com and you will receive a reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission or, in France, the CNIL.
